From factory floor to AI: the secure data journey
A manufacturer of metal parts for the automotive industry wants to use data from its factories to connect it to production planning. Data from the automated machines must be combined with the ERP system, among other systems, to match customer demand and delivery times/processes properly and automatically. Subsequently, the company wants to start using AI on two levels: improve the data from its manufacturing process and increase the effectiveness from the combination of its IT and OT environments. The question is how to do this in a responsible, secure way so the data can be trusted. Rene Verschoor, VP Modern Datacenter at Intwo and Marc van Gent, CEO of Nautilus will take this session’s participants on their data journey.
