Aan de ene kant is het noodzaak om kosten te drukken\, aan de andere kant kunnen investeringen in ICT-oplossingen besparingen opleveren. Hoe ga je als CIO/CMIO/CNIO om met deze spagaat? En waar investeer je in om optimaal resultaat te krijgen en goed voorbereid de toekomst in te gaan? \nAllereerst zal gastspreker Lucien Engelen zijn visie delen over de toekomst van de (ICT in de) zorg. Over het toepassen van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen als AI\, zonder dat het op ai ai uitdraait. Over de relatie tussen goede ICT en betere zorg aan het bed. En wat goede ICT dan is. \nDaarna zal Hans Koolen (voormalig executive bij Philips Health) samen met KPMG graag de dialoog met jou voeren over de eerste uitkomsten het onderzoek dat wij gestart zijn. Daarin zien we al voorbeelden van prachtige ontwikkelingen die niet alleen de ICT-kopzorgen verminderen\, maar de zorg verbeteren. Maar we horen graag ook jouw input. We willen in deze sessie niet alleen onze bevindingen delen\, maar zijn juist ook op zoek naar die van jou. Want samenwerking is het sleutelwoord\, zoveel is inmiddels wel duidelijk! Bij het rondkrijgen van businesscases\, bij het versnellen van digitalisering\, kortom bij het verbeteren van de zorg. \nDit is pas het begin van ons High Performance Healthcare programma. Deze sessie maakt deel uit van een overkoepelend programma met vier workshops en een uitgebreid onderzoek.
