DESCRIPTION:Digitalisering van de bancaire wereld gaat gepaard met unieke kansen om het beter te doen. Volgens Ruben Vosmeer\, CTO van fintech-startup Xpate\, staan we aan het begin van een enorme ontwikkeling waarbij niet langer de producten centraal staan\, maar het belang van de klant. \nHet doel van deze interactieve rondetafelbijeenkomst is tweeledig. “We laten technologie- en businessleiders van onder andere financiële instellingen zien wat zij op basis van alle nieuwe digitale mogelijkheden voor hun klanten kunnen doen”\, zegt Nikolaj Kiepe van Salesforce-adviespartner en mede-initatiefnemer Nextview. “Daarnaast is het voor CIO’s\, CTO’s en CDO’s uit andere sectoren enorm leerzaam en inspirerend hoe Ruben als technologieleider zaken in beweging brengt.” \nXpate-CTO Ruben Vosmeer werkt al jaren met succes aan vernieuwing binnen de bancaire sector. Hij bekleedde diverse rollen bij ABN AMRO en vervolgens bij het in zakelijke financiering gespecialiseerde New10. \nHij was engineering-leider bij Amsterdam Trade Bank/FIBR en is nu het technologisch geweten van het momenteel nog onder de radar vliegende Xpate. “Onze ambitie is om een echt betere financiële dienstverlening voor de samenleving en zakelijke klanten te bouwen. Anders\, slimmer en meer klant-centrisch.” \nTijdens deze bijeenkomst gaan we samen met genoemde leiders van Xpate en Nextview dieper in op de waarde van automatisering bij het bouwen van een betere dienstverlening. Denk aan intelligente interactie met klanten op basis van beschikbare informatie en betere advisering. “Dit alles in een sterk gereguleerd\, internationaal speelveld waarbij compliance niet wordt gezien als beperking maar als extra motivatie om het juiste te doen.” \nJa\, ik ben erbij!
