If you’re in business today, any kind of business, you know that there is one thing that is absolutely necessary.

You have to innovate. But most of you cannot do it alone. The good news is, you can find specialized partners for just about anything. However, a common B2B contractual relationship won’t do. It mainly lacks flexibility, and it will hold you back just when you need to be agile – which is all the time.

Many organizations have discovered that ecosystem partnering is the answer. In ecosystem partnering, the starting point is collaboration with the end-client, and this can lead to true value creation. Even so, the way to get there is long, and organizations should constantly work on their partnering capabilities.

Through research conducted by Erik Beulen from TIAS Business School, we know that many organizations are on the right track, but there certainly is room for improvement, especially in the realm of data. Data sharing, data quality, data management and data governance should all become more mature.

In our upcoming HPDO session, Erik Beulen will present his latest research and the accompanying whitepaper. We have a special guest, Claudia de Andrade, Director Digital & IT at Port of Rotterdam and board member, CIO Platform NL. Claudia will join us to share her learnings and talk about her vision on partnering.

Do you want to get a fresh perspective on how your organization performs when it comes to ecosystem partnering? Then you are welcome to join this session. Unfortunately, we cannot come together in person, so this will be a shorter, online session. We strongly encourage discussion and interaction, with the goal of knowledge sharing, so we demand active participation.

This virtual session will be held on 27 January from 3:30 pm till 5:00 pm.
